Classes
>   A bell will ring at the start of each class on the hour.
>   Another bell will ring 10 minutes before the hour to signal the end of teaching
for that period
>   A third bell will ring 5 minutes before the hour, at which time teachers and
students should begin to assemble so that the class may begin promptly on the
hour.

Punctuality
>   Students are expected to be on time for all church and school activities.
Failure to do so will be detrimental to your future as a student. In addition, one
unexcused absence from any class will mean the loss of two grade points from
the student's final grade for the term. Three unexcused late arrivals to class is
equivalent to one unexcused absence.

Grades/Pass Mark
>   The number of courses that are done each trimester (three month period) vary
but usually each student does about eight courses per trimester. Teachers grade
each course based on classroom behaviour, class participation, weekly tests,
monthly tests, oral examinations, assignments as well as end of trimester
examinations. The pass mark in all courses is 70%, according to the
grading
scale.

Requirements for Graduation
>   In order to graduate a student must ...
     1.   Complete 180 credit hours of Bible courses and 40 hour of non-Bible
courses.
     2.   Have good conduct and behaviour and prove that he / she is worthy of the
Degree / Diploma.
     3.   Complete a three month internship period with a local congregation under
the supervision of the Director.

All three must be completed before the month of graduation.

Incomplete Course Grades
>   All classroom work, assignments and tests must be completed before the end
of each term. If a student needs additional time to complete and assignment or to
redo a test he / she must make arrangements with the course instructor. At this
point the student will receive and incomplete grade, 1, this must be removed by
doing all make-up work required by the instructor by a given time. If this isn't done
then the student fails the course, F.
