History of the School
The JSP was started in May of 1970, under the directorship of Guy V.
Caskey, formerly a missionary to South, Central and East Africa. A four-year
diploma programme of studies was offered to any enrolled student body of
twenty-six. At that time, all teachers were American Christians. The
objective of the then administration was that eventually the JSP would be
fully operated by a Caribbean staff. That objective has now been fully
realized.
Past directors, after Brother Caskey, were:
John Featherstone, Sr. ,
Jim Massey,
Carl Maples,
and now GLADWYN KIDDOE.
